Beef Marinade

  • 1 stick butter
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup vinegar
  • juice of 2 lemons
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoon s parley flakes
  • 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper (optional)

Combine ingredients in saucepan and bring to boil. Remove from heat; let cool. Marinate meat for at least 2 hours or overnight. Enjoy it.
