By using SteakandSeafood.com or the Steak and Seafood app, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Disclaimer. We may update these Terms from time to time; changes are posted on this page with a new date below, and continuing to use the site means you accept them.

2. The Service

SteakandSeafood.com is a free recipe site. We offer recipes, cooking guides and tools that run in your browser, such as the recipe box, meal planner, timers and kitchen calculators, for your personal, non-commercial use at home.

3. Our Content

The recipes, text, photos, illustrations, videos, our family recipe collection and our free PDF cookbooks are copyright SteakandSeafood.com and the family members credited on each page.

You may print recipes and share links to our pages for your own personal use.
You may not republish, sell, or copy our recipes, text or photos onto other websites, apps or books without our written permission.
Linking to any page on this site is always welcome.

4. Recipes You Send Us

When you send us a recipe, photo or story through "Share a family recipe" or by email, you confirm that you have the right to share it. You keep ownership of it, and you give SteakandSeafood.com permission to edit it and publish it, with the credit you ask for, on this site, in the app and in future cookbooks.

5. Acceptable Use

Please do not:

scrape or automatically download content from the site, except for search engines and non-commercial archives that follow our robots.txt file;
try to disrupt, overload or break into the site or the servers that run it;
misuse our contact email, for example by sending spam or automated messages.

6. Affiliate Links, Ads and Other Sites

Some pages show ads and link to stores, including affiliate partners. If you buy from a linked store, the purchase is between you and that store, under its terms. We may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. We are not responsible for other websites, their products, prices or deliveries. Our "212 Pizza Recipes" ebook is sold through BostonApartments.com under its terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Suffolk County, Massachusetts, and any claim must be brought within one year after it arises.
