Steak and Seafood title card for Jewish recipes, photos coming soon

These are the Jewish family recipes from the recipe book of Sandra Mills, a Le Cordon Bleu-trained cook in our family: a yummy and easy holiday brisket, sweet and sour meatballs, tzimmis, chopped liver made the proper way with schmaltz and a hand grinder, blender latkes for Hanukkah, a sweet noodle kugel and a blintz souffle for brunch.

For Passover there are brownies, bulkies (rolls), matzah brei, garlic matzah, granola, an orange sponge cake and a meringue lemon pie, all made without flour. Elsewhere on the site you will find more from her Jewish table: Challah, Chicken Soup, Baked Salami, Glazed Corned Beef, Cranberry-Herring Dip and Twisters. These are family Jewish-style recipes; they are not certified kosher, so check your ingredients if you keep kosher or Passover strictly.
