Chicken thighs are made for the air fryer: the fat under the skin renders out and the skin turns as crisp as a roast chicken in about 25 minutes.
Starting skin side down and finishing skin side up gives the crispest result. Thighs stay juicy even at 175°F, which makes the meat more tender than stopping at 165°F.
Estimated per serving, based on 4 servings, using USDA FoodData Central values for each ingredient. Net carbs are carbohydrates minus fiber. Optional ingredients, garnishes and anything served on the side are not included. Brands and portion sizes change the numbers.
