Sandra Mills's Garlic Cheese Dip is a big-flavored blend of mayonnaise, sour cream, cottage cheese and six ounces of bleu cheese, seasoned with garlic and seasoned salt.

It is just as good with chicken wings as with a vegetable platter.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 6 ounces bleu cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder or 1 clove of garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Lowry seasoned salt

Instructions

  1. Mix. Mix all of the ingredients together.
  2. Chill and serve. Chill. Serve with vegetables.

Tips

  • Lawry's Seasoned Salt is the widely sold brand of seasoned salt.
  • Sandra's serving idea: any dip can be served in a round loaf of unsliced pumpernickel bread. Cut a well in the loaf, fill it with dip, and tear the top into bite-sized pieces for dipping.
