Two simple punches from Sandra Mills's recipe book for parties with all ages. The tart fruit punch is cranberry juice, frozen orange juice and 7 UP, with a floating ice mold. The non-alcoholic white wine punch is equal parts white grape juice and seltzer with orange slices on top.

Ingredients

Tart fruit punch

  • 1 (64 ounce) bottle cranberry juice
  • 1 (16 ounce) can frozen orange juice
  • 2 (2 liter) bottles 7 UP
  • Ice mold (see tip)

Non-alcoholic white wine punch

  • White grape juice
  • Seltzer water (equal parts)
  • Orange slices

Instructions

  1. Fruit punch. Combine the cranberry juice, orange juice and 7 UP and float an ice mold on top.
  2. White grape punch. Mix equal parts white grape juice and seltzer water. Slice oranges on the top.

Tips

  • Sandra's ice mold: slice fruit such as strawberries, cherries, pineapple or grapes into a small to medium mold, fill it with ginger ale and freeze until solid. When it melts, it doesn't dilute the punch.
