Sheet Pan Dinners

Sheet pan of roasted salmon with lemon, asparagus and baby potatoes

One pan, one oven and very few dishes. Each of these dinners roasts a main and its vegetables together, timed so everything finishes at once.

Use a large, heavy rimmed baking sheet and give the food room; crowded pans steam instead of roasting.
